What is “drop length”?
Drop length is the length of the purse strap(s) from the height of the curve to the bag. All bags come with a standard drop length. If you desire a shorter or longer drop length, please add a note to your order when you check out from Etsy.
What kind of leather do you use?
I use only the finest Italian cowhide. It’s important to remember that, because it is a natural product, colors and textures may vary slightly from purse to purse.
Do you guarantee your products?
Yes, there is never a charge for any repairs. Just contact me to make arrangements.
If you are not satisfied with your Last Chance Leather bag, you may return it for a full refund.
How soon will I receive my new bag?
Normal delivery is 2 to 3 weeks. If there is a delay I’ll let you know promptly. If you need your bag sooner, let me know and I’ll try to accommodate.
